In a safe and intimate setting with live acoustic music, food, and wine, we gather for an annual event honoring our babies. (due to the sensitive nature of this event, we ask that young children do not attend) We hope to see you there ❤

 ABOUT

We are here to honor our angel babies,

meet others who can relate in the loss,

and support families at any stage of their journey.

Acoustics for Angels:

Edith's Story

Our daughter, Edith Auburn Weischedel, was born on her due date - October 28, 2014, at 3:27am.

During a normal, happy and uneventful labor, things suddenly changed. Edith’s heart rate lowered to a dangerous rate and in a scary, confusing blur, we were rushed into an emergency C-section.

Tragically, we soon learned that our beautiful baby girl had passed away due to a suspected placental abruption.

Weighing 6lbs 15oz and 20 inches long, Edith had a head full of dark hair and baby soft skin. We introduced her to our families and held her in our arms for as long as we could before we had to say goodbye.

Edith is the reason for Acoustics for Angels and we are always looking for ways to honor our baby girl. We thank you for joining us in an effort to bring together other families, share our babies' stories, and support each other in our grief journeys.
